The crotchety old blonde lady that's works here makes every molehill into a mountain everytime I've got stuck with her after waiting. I swear she gets a kick out of denying you whatever you came in for. This time she was incorrect and made me do or go get all sorts of things it turns out I didn't need. Worst Govt Service office ever.
