Not People friendly This company does not care about helping you buy a home. They care about your money, and how they can keep it. Just don't do it. It is a rip off in all ways. You will pay and pay and pay. Just do it the normal way. Fix your credit and apply for a loan. I know that is easier said than done, but at least you will have a home to show for your money. Just do the research, look online for National home buyers complaints. The better business bureau has complaints as well, but most of them can not be seen(which helps national home buyers alliance). I promise, I just want to keep people from making the same mistake I made, and get taken for thousands of dollars from a company that claims to help. If I had not seen the local people, I would think they were owned by computers. Just so you know, I did not go to the company to fix my credit, I just needed assistance with the down payment. All they did was take my money and ask for more. I paid up front, I am so glad I never allowed them access to my bank account. Please research and read the contract three times before you make a decision!
