Ruth is the alteration's person for Nikai's Dressmaking-Alterations. I took my wedding dress to her for alterations. She did a terrible job and has a terrible working atmosphere. Her "store" is in the basement of her home. It is cluttered, filthy and horribly lit. She said it would take 2 fittings, after 5 fittings and 2 months I took my dress and had to get a rush alteration from someone else. Ruth was able to do the length correctly, but the bust never fit (and only need to be taken in). Instead of taking in from the sides she bunched it up above the bust. Then not only did it not fit tight it didn't lay flat. Horrible experience, would not recommend to anyone.
