Worst experience of my life with any company, ever. I took a Christmas calendar there in January to have Cora add an ornament that went missing some years back. This was a calendar that my grandma gave me when I was a young girl and has been in my family for 30+ years. I explained to Cora that it had immense sentimental value and it was one of my son's favorite things to do over the Christmas holiday...wake up in the morning and add another ornament to the tree. It is now September and I have heard NOTHING from her in months after repeated phone calls and emails. She is never at her place of business. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. You may not get your property back. UPDATE: I received the calendar back from Cora. The work had not been completed but it was in the same condition as when I left it with her. She apologized for the inconvenience. I was happy to have it back.
