BEWARE of this company. Recently, while trying to sell our lake property, there was a dispute about the roof which was only 4 years old. The potential buyer hired Above and Beyond Roofing for an opinion. The employee who evaluated the roof said the roof needed to be replaced and gave an estimate of about $10,000. Since the roof was relatively new, we did some research and found that the employee had only worked there 3 months and had no prior roofing experience! A realtor in the area also told us that they were encountering the same issues with this company. They may do good work, but their business practices are highly suspect.

Above and Beyond Roofing did an excellent job on the replacement of our residential roof at the Lake. They provided us a written detailed quote in a timely manner, they offered us a choice of selection and color and product all for a very fair price, they updated us on the schedule during a very busy season, they informed us in advance of exactly when they would be there and held to that schedule. They replaced the roof in a timely manner, without delay and they left the property spotless without any trace of being there. Any questions and concerns were handled upfront. I would highly recommend their service.
