Customer Service is absolutely TERRIBLE !! Called to order balloons in advance and was on hold for 15 mins which is how long it took me to drive to Party City ! I walk in and I’m there 5 mins and she comes back to the phone. 2 people working and they were very busy along with being very slow... all I get from manager is I’m sorry ! I suggest never visit this store unless you have time to waste !!
