Performance Pilates

I was recommended to Michael by a dear friend whose entire family has been helped by him. I had been suffering from neck and shoulder pain from a car accident several years ago. The Orthopedist and the Physical Therapist told me I would have to get used to pain in my shoulder and reduced mobility, even if I received regular pain injections. After the very first session, my shoulder felt better, and I could move my arm for the first time in years. After a few more sessions over 3 weeks, I now can move my arm in all directions without pain. He is now working with me to strengthen my back to stabilize the shoulder blades. My prayers were finally answered. Thank You Michael
