Owner is smooth talking right up until you sign the contract!
He never returns phone calls, he brags about how he offers a 1 year warranty, ha!.. well good luck! Once he gets his money he totally writes you off and any issues that arise he blames on his sub contractors.
1 month after moving in our "brand new house", I noticed mold growing on our wall and ceiling, he was in no hurry to do anything about it until I threatened to get a lawyer! They had to cut drywall out, and replace a pipe that wasn't correctly installed,( had been leaking the entire time after turning furnace on).
Then after that was all
Said and done, one of his workers asked me if he had to paint the ceiling where they hung the new dry wall!! He said, "can't you do it?!!!" Seriously!!!
Our carpet was coming up the day after we moved in, half of our outlets didn't work, the screen porch they just through together and didn't measure for the doors so the doors have huge gaps in them!
They splattered concrete on our hardie sidding and left it, then when I finally raised enough hell over it they said it was the concrete guys problem not "on point construction"!
I could go on and on but read your contract carefully, they have an "arbitration" clause, red flag!! They don't want you to be able to see how many times they've been sued!!!
Terrible, terrible terrible company!!!!
Run far, far away from anything that has to do with this company!!!!!
