Provision Living at Columbia

Every time I’ve been here or even called here it’s been a phenomenal experience. Ashley the lovely front desk lady wowed me today when I called to figure out what kind of hearing aid batteries my grandpa needed, not only did she know who I was, she knew who and where my grandpa was, all before I told her! I’ve been to many living spaces for the elderly and this one by far is the best I’ve ever had the pleasure to experience!

When the time came to move my 102 year old mother into an assisted living facility, it was a tough, emotional journey for all of us. Provision Living has been a perfect fit for my mother and I am grateful every single day. The staff are caring and attentive; always dropping by her room to visit and check on her. By the time I visit her in the early afternoon, 2 or 3 different people have already dropped by to wish her a good morning and ensure there's nothing she needs. It seems she's always asking me to pick up some candy so she can keep her candy jar stocked for visitors. Provision is always hosting outings, activities and family events. The food is excellent, the beauty salon does a fabulous job, the rooms are bright and cheery, the Christmas decorations are fabulous and the football Saturday festivities are always fun. And, although my mom LOVES the attention, she also loves that she is able to maintain her independence there as well. I love visiting her there as much as she loves living there.
