Oh my goodness this bank is literally so annoying. Unless you are face to face with an employee it is so difficult and inconvenient to get assistance. Everyone that I have spoken with in person is helpful and friendly. But over all this bank is literally the most annoying banks to bank with. I bank with 2 others, and they have been manageable and decent. I can't even get a human being on the line! That is extremely annoying. I honestly don't even know why I'm still banking with them. Sorry for the poor review regions but GET IT TOGETHER.
