I had to change doctors due to insurance. I have had nothing but positive things to say about Dr. Renfert. She has been there for me every time i needed her. It was extremely hard to switch Dr.s and i was scared but she has proven to me as a patient that she cares.

Do not make an appointment with her. She is very unorganized. I took off a day off work because my migraines had gotten so bad. I called at 8:00 am and left a message. I did not hear back from her until 4:30 (too late to make an appointment for that day). She asked when a good time was for me to make an appointment to which I told her that I was not off work again until about a week later. I gave her the date and she told me she had availability at 10:00 or 10:30. I asked for 10:30. When she repeated it back to confirm, she said, "Ok I have you down for Wednesday at 10:00." To which I corrected to her I asked for 10:30. Then again, before she got off the phone she repeated, "See you on Wednesday at 10:00." To which I corrected her again. She ended the conversation by telling me she would mail me the paperwork to fill out so tat it was all ready to go by the day of the appointment. Fast forward to appointment day. I never received the paper work as promised.I kept calling to ask for directions because she told me Google Maps was wrong, but no answer. I show up at 10:20 (which was ten minutes early) and she said "Oh yeah I had you down for 10:00." I reminded her that I kept asking for the ten thirty appointment. I asked if she could fit me in. She said that she was leaving at eleven and appointments usually take between 30-45 minutes, to which I told her that we had 40 minutes. She said that everything was closed down already. They have no receptionist, it is all the doctor scheduling and returning calls, so do not expect a timely answer.

As has been said before, she is very disorganized and pretends to be her own receptionist on the phone, though it's obvious she doesn't have one. She has lost my payments twice and tried to Bill me a second time for my office visits (which she made me pay in cash because her machine was down or whatever). She also told me to come in for an appointment at a certain time, but when I arrived, she was in the middle of meeting with drug reps and had totally forgotten about my appointment. She still saw me, but she was very rushed and inattentive, so she gave me a wrong diagnosis and rushed me out of her office to continue her meeting. I had to go to urgent care the next day because of this. Don't waste your time or money here.
