I am blown away by the customer service Dave has provided. We contacted RootermanSTL with short notice to help us with a clogged sink. He was able to fit us in the same day, and he effectively cleared our clog. He was through, thoughtful, efficient and pleasant to speak with. His service was well worth the modest charge. To take things to the next level, he sent us a thank you. I hope to never need a drain unclogged again, but if I do, I won't call anyone except Dave with RootermanSTL.
