Roto-Rooter

I called them on a Friday to unstop a rental house in Windsor. They said they would be there on Saturday to get the job done. The tenants called me on Sunday and said they hadn't shown up. They didn't get there until Monday, so the tenants didn't have any drains for about four days. They "fixed" the problem (roots), only to have the tenants call me the next day, telling me that it was stopped up again. They came back and discovered they hadn't gotten all of the roots the first time. They finished the job and still charged me another $40 for coming back. If you need a job done, look elsewhere.
