Absolutely not who you want helping you with anything. They sent out a team of people to inventory the items in my moms burned down house. Mostly, they tried to just throw everything into a dumpster without writing down a decent description or taking a picture. We, myself and 3 others, did a lot of the work for them and had to constantly supervise. They did not want to be there. No one knew what they were doing. They sent their team out with nothing more than rubber gloves to a burned down, molding house on days that had above one-hundred degree heat indexes. They had no safety equipment, respirators, shade fly's, helmets, etc. I know they're not paying their workers anything but minimum wage or just above. The entire process would have went much more smoothly without them there. (And by that, I mean that it was kind of like trying to heard cats. Feral cats. Drunk feral cats that also had an affinity for sniffing glue.) So all of that happened and my mother received a bill close to 20K. This company is nothing but a ripoff.
