Great experience. I called and the tech was at my house within the hour. The guy on the phone was helpful and courteous and the tech was great. SMARR looked at the 2nd door while they were there and lubed and reset it as well. This seems like an efficient business who stands behind their work. The tech was friendly and professional and even gave me a little education on the questions I had about what he was doing and why. All around it was a positive experience. I will definitely use them again in the future as needed and recommend to others. Basic service charge $70 per hour.
