Sprint Store

Don was great. I feel that customer service was lacking at other stores, but Don didn't act like it was his job to help us, but something he genuinely enjoyed doing. When the call center in another country couldn't resolve our issue for 20 minutes, it was less than 5 for Don.

Jeremey burton was absolutely rude! Instead of him having an how Can I help attitude .....he has an oh well kick rocks attitude. He doesn’t allow people to speak without cutting them off and being rude. Jerk is a polite way to describe him. Needless to say I will not be visiting this location again.

Very rude service, We came in before some other people and they served them first, then we very unknowledgeable with thier service. Did not help what so ever, we proceeded to go to another store in St Louis which did help us.
