NEVER SHOWED UP: Our AC went out last night. We called at 8:00 AM and Star said they'd be here by early afternoon. By mid-afternoon we hadn't heard anything so we called back. They had never put us on their list! By that time, 7 people were ahead of us and we would have to pay the "emergency rate." We said we would contest the "emergency rate" since we called when that rate didn't apply. Star made no effort to discount the emergency rate and they did not offer any discount.
