Suburban Heights Apartments

Place is clean, cheap, and safe. Overall they do a better job than most at managing a large apartment complex. Great especially for umsl students

The leasing managers change so expect to see new faces quite frequently in the office. Overall this hasn't been the worst, they have worked with me on several occasions. Living here has definitely been cool, its all up to date and everything in my apartment was brand new. If I could rate the two leasing managers alone I would give them both 5 stars because the two Mikes (short and tall one) are awesome!! But there have been a few tiffs... I got my plates and sticker stolen off my car and management was completely unbothered by it. Mike told me they have people walking around at night, I have yet to see someone doing night walks as he claims. Also they state in the lease that the place is under surveillance, LIES!!! The front buildings are under surveillance. So I had to almost threaten management that if something else happened to my car not only were they gonna pay for it but they were also gonna pay up my rent for the remainder of my lease agreement because I would move out. Then they had the audacity to go around and raise rent, now for me that was frustrating because I feel like you can't and shouldn't raise rent for people when they have to worry about the safety of their motor vehicles so that was ridiculous. My neighbors have gotten both of their vehicles broken into a total of 3x and one of their vehicles was even vandalized at one point. ****UPDATE**** It is now January 2018, and I must say that I will miss this place when I leave. Besides my license plates getting stolen this place has NOT been bad. I'm gonna miss the Tall Mike and the Short Mike, they were both simply wonderful!! I would recommend Suburban Heights Apartments !!
