Got a loan through Care Credit for some dental work for my son. Sold my loan to "Borrowers First" which is 25% interest, Terrible accounting System and customer service is non-stop hand offs to the next brainless person.
Without notice or my permission - They eventually said my loan was to be serviced by SST (Systems and Services Technologies)
Tried to speak to a manager at each - and they just kept hanging up on me.
They don't even have an easy online pay system. If you try to pay online they charge you $15 - come on man - you don't make enough of 25% interest rate?
You have to mail a check in
I finally was able to get another much better loan to pay off this bloodsucking loan.
By the time the payoff got there, I had overpaid by $600
Some accounting there.
I called to find how to get my money back and they said it will take 3-4 weeks!!
WHAT??
Can I charge YOU the Daily Interest Accrued that you charged ME
