3 people helped me. They were all wrong. FYI if you go to the unlimited plan, your monthly tablet charges double for each one. Didn't tell me that. Check the fine print on free HBO. Didn't get that when they told me I would. Talked with them several times until the manager told me when I signed the contract it was subject to change. Never had it to change. Didn't take off 2 other charges they said they were going to. Plus they neglected to tell me the add a new line & get a phone for free isn't really free. It's so much off.

The 2 ladies that helped me were so rude and did not care. I was going to buy a phone since mine was broken. I felt so disrespected. I was able to call AT&T and take care of everything over the phone.
