This store is clean, staff is helpful and nice but I always feel like I’m rolling the dice when I visit this store and the mall location because of the customers. This last visit I was there picking out a new iPhone for my daughter and was so uncomfortable and had to wait for a long time because of a woman and her daughter screaming obscenities at the manager and another employee. The woman’s cards were getting declined and I do understand that it’s embarrasing but the language that her AND her daughter were using was ridiculous. They were asked to leave multiple times and the woman just kept screaming crude names. I feel like the manager should have called the police instead of waiting for the woman to leave on her own based on how aggressive they were getting. I would have left if it wasn’t for her daughter holding the door and blocking the only exit. I ended up getting my daughter the phone but this is not the first time I’ve been in a store where the customers were allowed to act this way. It’s not fair to other customers to be subjected to this type of behavior. I definitely feel that policies need to change on what’s allowed to happen inside a store.
