TA

I try to be fair as we are all working in all weather. My rating is based on the blase and snotty attitude that most of the staff displayed to customers while I was there. DEF was frozen, and HAD BEEN FOR DAYS...instead of signs at pump, every driver was met with NO DEF and had to WALK inside in 4* weather to be told this, THEN, the nozzles would not sit in their seat properly to cancel the sale. Took me almost 40 minutes to simply fuel just my tractor. While inside waiting for them to fix the sale, several drivers were told they could ONLY use TA coupons on: Food, Supplies, and Stuff IN STORE....when I questioned this I was told "that is the way it is at THIS TA." Truly, TA CORPORATE needs to establish a consistent policy on TA points...every other TS chain takes them for everything except cigs and alcohol!!
