The food was undercooked, the meal was missing items we paid for, and it was dead (meaning there was NO reason for these mistakes). Unacceptable. If refunds could be had at that time of evening, I would have demanded. Worst experience at a Taco Bell ever (and I haven't had much luck with them). We should have known the low star rating was a warning, but I would tell anyone reading to not give your money here at all. They need to understand their service needs MAJOR changes to stay afloat.
