I spent 30 minutes of my 45 minute break sitting in this drive thru with no way out other than to wait. When I tried to call the location to see what was preventing them from working efficiently, I got an obnoxiously loud error tone. What a great business model Taco Bell has set up. I don't know if it was a staff issue or a customer issue, either way, it should've been handled a lot better.
