38 weeks pregnant and had to do self check out with a full cart of groceries. Bending down and having to load all of these heavy groceries was not what I had in mind. Took over 15 minutes to scan everything on my own and I also had my 2 kids with me. Didn't get my $10 gift card when I spent $40 on kids shoes (as advertised). Where was the manager covering for their employees who either didn't show up for their shift or when they didn't assign proper coverage? I will NOT shop at this location. Let's hope I don't go into labor!
