I give Tower Grove Auto 0 stars! Sam is a con artist, he sells cars with fake safety and emissions inspections. sold me a car that would never passed the official safety and emissions. I now have to put 1300 into a car I should be able to drive but cant!!! I advise NO body to go there. He cant even be man enough to answer texts or calls.
