Scheduled to have trailer lights installed on my vehicle twice. Each time I came in with a reservation number just to be turned away. The first time was due to not having the right parts when I confirmed it with sales over the phone. Second time was due to being too busy at the moment even though I had a reservation. Then they corrected themselves and said the guy who does it just took off for the day ( they could of at least told me so I didn't drive there for no reason at 8 am). Taking business elsewhere
