An excellent place to take the kids on a cold and rainy day, really any time would work. Honestly, kids will have so much to do depending on which package you choose. Hours of fun! Cons: Pushy front desk staff. My daughter and I were waiting for some friends to meet us. I told the young man twice or three times that I didn't want to pay yet because they charge by the hour. Since we were meeting someone we wanted them to start play time together. Makes sense, right? After he kept being pushy I finally relented. Very annoying! Then when I was signing up he kept trying to get me to add and pay for the other guests. I told him no since the whole purpose of us meeting was so they could pay their way and we'd pay ours at the same time. Also, you have to add your email. I didn't want to because that's just one more Spam email that I don't need. We would've waited outside but it was extremely cold and snowy. The price: So expensive for what it is, especially if your child or children don't want to do all that is available . Be warned, they also charge for socks with sticky bottoms. You get to keep them but still, wasn't expecting to pay even more. My daughter enjoyed her time there but I'm unsure if we'll return just because of how pushy the front desk is.
