Made the mistake of thinking I would have a good experience at this location during the holidays. Not only were the staff sorely unprepared for the volume the holiday brings (25+ miserable-looking people waiting in line both 12/19 at night and 12/20 in the morning when I went back again), but the customer service representative that I simply asked a question, "Is there a time that you are slower?" replied very rudely and condescendingly (smirking, almost chiding me), "No, not during the holidays, no!" Very short and curt. Happy Holidays, you rude girl. I hope that you can find a job where you don't have to interact with any other human beings! After two tries and two miserable fails at this location, I will never, ever be back.
