A once great location for video games, movies, music, and comic books has finally been ruined after a long decline. Over the years I've watched the selection of items be completely screwed over, and the prices rise extraordinarily high, but the one consistent thing has always been the superb customer service. Unfortunately the latest employee's are some of the worst I've ever seen! They are rude, and after my experience tonight, I'm wondering if they even know how to do their jobs! In September I asked for a subscription to three comic books and I was told I would have to wait two months for it to process. Today, November 24th I finally decide to ask the atrocious, incompetent staff about my subscription, only to hear nothing has come in, though I successfully checked out with five comics from the lines that I had subscribed to. This is but one story of the awful employment at this establishment, and I have many more to share. Under no circumstances will I go here again, other than to cancel said subscription, if I need their services again, I will happily go to the delightful Independence location.
