For years, I've had problems with the photo service at this location. It's not an exaggeration to say that something has been wrong with my order nearly every time. The only reason I use this service and this location is because it is 24 hour and the closest Walgreens to my home. Today's disappointment is the 4 photo greeting cards I ordered. No envelopes included - and this is not the first time that this has happened. "You can come back & we'll give them to you." No kidding? Other problems consist of being asked for a "signed release from the photographer" before I could pickup photos that I took with my own camera (!), emails stating my order was ready for pickup but the prints were not even made, prints missing from multiple orders, prints that were not all mine, overnight print orders that were confirmed "ready for pickup" & 6 hours later, they're still unpacked & laying in a bin, and on and on and on. Those are just a few examples of the lousy service & frustration that this incompetent photo department serves up on a regular basis. I've contacted the corporate office 2x and was told that they'd make note of my feedback. I was even told that it was at the discretion of the location's photo department whether my own photos required a release. (?) No apologies. Before using this 'service' at this location, make sure that you have absolutely no other option. Chances are, something will be wrong..
I'm in the process of Ordering some speciality medications through this pharmacy and spoke with Bill who was beyond helpful!! I wish I could've hugged him over the phone he was so amazing! Thank you so much Bill!!!
