Pharmacy only....talking on phone; back and forth here associated. I'm only person in line. Finally invited to the counter only to be told I had to go to "drop off' to get info on new card. Then got run around from drop off person. Left without prescription doctor had called in for me. I will be changing pharmacies immediately.
