If you experience any issues with your order, don’t expect a resolution or even a “we apologize”. I purchased a couch and two chairs. The chair displayed in store had a matching cushion, the tag said it included accent pillows and the associate said “yes, that comes with a pillow if the tag says so”. I didn’t get the matching cushions and I was hoping that a quick call would resolve the issue. No such luck. The customer service agent first said they had pictures from the delivery showing I indeed had the received the cushions. I asked to see the pics. No go! Then she said it doesn’t come with cushions. Then it was our couch should have only came with 2 cushions. The additional 2 were for the chair (even though they didn’t match). Ugh! So, I traveled to the store in at attempt to resolve the issue. They looked up the chair online and it is not supposed to come with cushions. But, hey look at your tag here, it says it does. And there is matching cushion sitting in this chair in your store. No apologies. Just, “the tag is wrong; that happens”. That’s that. They are fine before you buy. But, have zero concern once they have your money.
