i love Wendy's hamburgers. this particular store was a little busy during my most recent visit. i can understand that. however, they seemed short staffed for a weekend night and the one young lady working the front counter had absolutely no sense of urgency. it didn't seem to bother her that the slower she worked, the longer her line grew and several people eventually be just walked out. i know there's no way to get to everyone at once, but a reassurance that she would help others shortly and a pleasant attitude/smile goes a long way to show customers who are waiting that you care and they are important.
