Despite a storm system that wreaked havoc in Missouri this weekend, including water and mud damage to their property, Dale and Linda still managed to host our group of 11 women for a tasting, small plate lunch, and an overview of the history of wine in the region. It was the highlight of our weekend and worth every penny. Dale and Linda were funny and warm and all the girls loved them. There was plenty of food and generous pours of nicely paired wines. Dale was very informative and kept everyone's attention by lightheartedly delivering interesting facts (with occasional interjections from Linda : ). This was a great way to spend an afternoon for our weekend getaway bachelorette party in St. Louis!
