Great place for hiking and trail running. Fishing and hunting are also allowed, but don't know how it is. There is a 6-7 mile trail that loops around the area with a river running nearby most of the way if it's not too dry and a couple (2?) ponds - one small pond at the beginning and one a little larger one further in.
