This Location needs to train its employees how to properly use equipment and proper manners. while giving customers good feedback. Around three years ago I purchased a 3 year Duralast battery. One day It would not start, so I took it up to my neighborhood auto-zone to get it tested. A young man hooked up the tester to my car and stated that the battery was dead. However being only two years old, I was skeptical, so I took it to Advanced Auto parts to have it tested. The sales clerk showed me the machine and how they tested the battery, when the test was complete it showed that the battery itself was in excellent condition....... it just needed charging. Quite a different definition. Two days later and the battery was still not holding its charge, so I decided to take it back to auto zone to get it replaced. The manager working on Sunday 6/17/2017 started arguing with me about returning it when I clearly had a warranty on the battery. when I stated that it wouldnt start he started having an attitude stating " ill give you thirty five bucks for it". Since it was no longer in warranty I took the cash. When I was checked out The money was thrown at me from the cashiers station, not handed to me. I find this extremly disrespectful and rude. Not only have you lost a loyal customer you have also lost respect.
