I purchased a used vehicle in January of this year. Was told it went through service and that there were some issues but they would be resolved. I test drove the truck and had a few concerns of my own so I addressed them at that time. I asked how much I could purchase the truck for as it sat vs getting the stuff fixed and for the price difference I agreed to the full asking price since they were going to correct the issues that were found. Upon picking the truck up I noticed things were not done. On my way home the alternator went out (which I did get reimbursement for) the truck still had a shake and a vibration. I took it back and was told the used car department manager said he wasn't spending any money on it and told service to not mess with it. I never pursued the situation as too many things happening in my life at that time. Now today I go to pick my car up since it had to go back to the shop to have the aftermarket A/C Compressor that they installed on it instead of an A/C Delco as I was told it would have and the bring it around with a cracked windshield. The porter tells me it cracked in the car was and gets his manager. His manager comes out and looks at it and says it must be from a rock chip. So after I get upset they are only willing to pay half the cost of the windshield. I didn't ask for it to be washed. I never saw a chip but now I have to pay for something that wasn't broken when I left it there. On top of everything else about a month after I got the truck I was cleaning and find out that there's been a fire at some point that happened under the truck that got hot enough to melt the carpet under the seat. Looking further the fuel lines and some other things under the truck were also melted and plain as day to see if you have the truck on a rack. SO BUYER BEWARE THEY WON'T STAND BEHIND THEIR WORD MAKE SURE EVERYTHING IS IN WRITING IF THEY PROMISE YOU SOMETHING OR BETTER YET STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AS POSSIBLE. I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING ELSE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP.

By far the best experience I have ever encountered. From walking into the doors to leaving with my new car. Our salesman Mark Gerecke really took care of us and wasn't pushy at all. He went above and beyond for us. He was very personable and made my husband and I feel very comfortable about our purchase. I cant thank him enough. He even stayed after they were closing just to make sure I had my car set up and was working perfectly for me. I cant express how awesome of and experience this was. Brad Grellner that did our financing was great too. Will recommend to everyone I know.
