The Cheesecake Factory

As much as I love the cheesecakes at this place I hate to say that the food quality, cleanliness of the plates and utensils are the worst. There was an instance when I got a spoon with a piece of cilantro or some kind of leaf attached to it and the waitress brought me another one and even that had the same thing. Also the plates looks stained sometimes. Food taste has gone down too. Maybe it's just me but it happened to me in more than 2 instances and hence the 2 star rating. But I have to say the waiters/receiving staff are good. They are always friendly.

I believe the huge menu hurts the food quality. My wife, daughter, and I all went to dinner and the food we got was good, but not worth the higher than average price we paid for 3 meals. Nothing was "bad", but nothing stood out either. It was also a slower time of day when we went in and we rarely ever saw our waiter.
