Took my 4 yr old cat here because I was getting extremely concerned about my cat not eating and thought it was constipation. Within a minute of examination Dr.Roller could tell exactly what was wrong with my cat, turns out he is sensitive to harsh water and had bladder crystals clogging his system causing him to not eat/vomit/and become less active. He was almost at a fatal stage and I had no clue. She started his procedure THAT night and called me as soon as it was over to let me know how it went. (This meant the world to me because I was a nervous wreck) She then coordinated with my work schedule to work out times for me to come visit as he recovered over the next couple days. They would let me gently hold him and they even told me he perked up the most when I visited. Them allowing me to do this really helped my anxious cat and put my mind at ease. After I took him home Dr. Roller called 2 days later to see how he was doing and then a week later. This woman truly cares about animals and it is obvious in her work. I ONLY use this pet hospital now.
