Absolutely horrible experience. Had a 11am trip booked with Eric for over a month. Called the day before to confirm as instructed and received a call back from a Mike, informing that the time changed to 7am. I told him I expected them to honor the original time aND he was rude and told me they had double booked and I could go then or at 2:30 . We cancelled. I was fuming. We are only in town with our son a few days and our schedule was packed. THEY DOUBLED BOOK AND I WAS SUPPOSE TO ACCOMMODATE THEM. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RUDE EMPLOYEES. It really was a bummer. We really wanted a guide service and now it's probably to late to find anyone else. Never heard from "Eric".
