I would have given 5 stars in the past, but recently I had a new air conditioner/heater installed that came with a new thermostat. They installed the thermostat crooked on my wall and I now have nail holes I need to paint over. They said because the way the hole is in the wall from the previous thermostat they had to put it that way, but this doesn't sound right. They do great fixing air conditioners and heaters. I'm just not happy about having to fix my wall and having a crooked thermostat on my wall.
New post: After seeing this the manager sent a different technician out to fix the crooked thermostat, so I can change my evaluation from 4 to the 5 stars. She sent Bob, who is good at fixing things. He put a wall plate with the thermostat to cover the nail holes and got the thermostat straight on the wall. He also put some insulation in the wall behind the thermostat, which was above and beyond what he had to do.
