Today was the worst experience I’ve EVER received at Northwest Health Care ER. I went in about 10am this morning for extreme dizziness and heart palpitations.I could barely stand up, no one really seem to care. The wait time was ridiculous. Finally an hour later I was put into a room to see a nurse practitioner. This lady must’ve been on something other than caffeine. I told her I was having dizziness. She ordered me an IV and Toradol. Really? I was not in pain. And then she she orders medicine for Vertigo and expected me to take it. I don’t think so! If she first ordered a pain medicine for dizziness why would I take medicine for Vertigo. Then this lady “Lora” have the nerve to get an attitude with me because I declined to take medicine. She was rude and loud. I asked to leave because I felt a racial tension coming on. And the nurse Denise wasn’t any better. I called for the ER department manager. Well of course he spoke with Lora before speaking with the patient and as always they know how to manipulate the manager with lies about the patient. Brian Shaw stated he had already spoke with her before coming to my room. I did not receive any sincere apology for their horrible service nor did they come up with a solution for my dizziness. And it’s all because they DON’T KNOW!!! They’re only PRACTICING! This is by far the worst service I’ve ever received there out of all the 11 years I’ve been going there. There’s no REAL compassion there anymore only people trying to get a paycheck.
