Molly Goodreau and associate helped me out of a big jam...I was so excited about spending time with my son, daughter in law and my brand new one month old baby girl granddaughter...I lost my phone and purse on Mothers Day. I thought they must have been stolen. She took great care of the problem and I was back in contact with the world...An honest soul recovered the lost phone. When I contacted Molly she was great. She went out of her way (I had help with an associate on line who was helpful too.)
When I went into the Lake St. Louis Store...Hao Hoang was so professional and courteous also .He also went out of his way and solved any return issues that came up...You will be treated like gold...I highly recommend this carrier because of the wonderful customer service and superior knowledge. thank you so very much...
