They didn't mind taking our money with a smile but that's where the customer service ended. Arranging an installation date was way more difficult than necessary. Karen took our money and "checked out". I had my entire kitchen gutted and remodeled and it was less painful than getting my bedroom carpeted. Would NOT recommend this company
