I've been a long - term customer of this company over 5 years and things were fine. The last 2 appointments this Spring, the company has been a no-show for installation. 1 week ago I called on Saturday and they said the technician was still coming, he never came. I waited again for 4 hours this week and nobody bothered showing up, no courtesy call. I wasted 8 hours sitting around home over 2 weeks. Don't make the same mistake I did.

I was reluctant to us Rainworks after reading some of the reviews, however, I have to say I have been very pleased so far with their service.
