constantly had issues with one of the girls that worked up front. When it came time for us to PCS we notified them 45 days in advance IAW their 30 day notice policy. The girl that worked up front told me that they needed the date for when the moving company was to come and get our HHG which we couldn't get until almost 1 week from PCSing when I called to inform them they said that we did not notify them in the 30 days and that we would have to extend our rent one whole month (including utilities). They are inconsistent and unreliable. They did fix my AC that broke in a good time frame but this company really is only out for the money and pretend to care for the military personnel that live under them. Highly suggest another reality company or live on post. (This is mainly directed to military). Also if you make the mistake of going through them make sure you're BAH is squared away before you sign the papers. Additionally, if rent is due the 1st, but can't pay until the 6th (I was working during their hours. We paid in person to get a receipt) you pay $20 a day until rent is paid from the 2nd on. So rather than what we thought would be a $20 late fee turned out to be $100 and could ONLY be paid in cash.
