Suson Pines Apartments

My experience with Suson Pines was terrible from beginning to end. After I signed my lease but before I moved in, the leasing office employees changed the amount that I owed three times, which was a huge indicator that they had no idea what they were doing. When I moved in, my apartment was dirty, sticky, and stained. I had to clean everywhere before I could even get my stuff in place. Throughout my year living there, maintenance only sometimes took care of the issues I had, other times just disregarding the problem and checking off that they had fixed it. The leasing office staff were typically unhelpful, unfriendly, and unwilling to do what was needed to meet my meager needs. Then, when I moved out, I was charged $90 for not cleaning my oven and stove well enough, which was quite galling considering what a mess the place was when I moved in. I would recommend looking for another place to live. Regardless of your situation, this place is not worth your money or your time.
