Sears

Sears has the worst Customer Service I have ever experienced. I called 5 times total and was told my dishwasher would be delivered/installed on the same day, which was not true. I was hung up on twice, told I cannot speak to a Supervisor and was told to calm down because I was wrong. However, my dishwasher was a Christmas present and damaged. The installer, another company, was the only person that helped. He went out of his way to ensure I got what I needed. We will never use Sears again.

I had to bring back my year and half old Diehard car battery. It was dead and could not hold a charge. When I arrived the auto department was already closed and no one else was able or willing to make the exchange. For the last twenty years I've bought Diehard batteris, but that was my last one.
