Starcrest Cleaners

I too, had good luck with Star Crest Cleaners UNTIL THEY LOST MY BLACK PANTS. I did not realize the pants were missing until they gave me blue pants back. The blue pants were to have been out for 2 weeks for tailoring. PS they were returned for the tailoring. I was charged to clean the pants twice and for the tailoring. They have never addressed the missing black pants and the workers in store take my info and I never hear back. I thought it might take some time, but really! The owners just do not care about follow up or good service. Both my son and I part with a good chunk of change on a weekly basis for their 'service'. I am now looking for another reputable service in the area. Please help.
